Can I try multiple designs and send back the ones I don't want?

Yes! Please make us aware of this before you order. We have special "try-at-home" boxes which significantly reduce the size and weight of the parcel (making it cheaper for you to return). We will include one bamboo case so that you can keep your desired pair right away!

When I try to pay using AfterPay, I'm getting re-directed to the checkout page - can you help?

Please ensure that you have entered an email address during the checkout process. AfterPay will not work unless a valid email address is used during the payment process.

How long does postage take?

We include FREE shipping with AusPost which takes 2-14 days depending on your location. If you'd like it faster, then an upgrade to AusPost Express is available at the checkout. Express Post takes on average 1-2 days to reach destinations on the East Coast and 1-6 days for more remote regions (eg. WA).

When will you ship my order?

All orders will be shipped within 1-2 businesses days. Many will be shipped the same day!

Can I return my sunnies if I don't like them?

Yes! Within 14 days, if you change your mind then simply post them back to us for a full refund. Please begin your return by clicking here and visiting our Returns Center. You’ll need your order number (eg. #CT1023) and the email address used at the checkout.

Yes! Within 14 days, if you change your mind then simply post them back to us, and we will ship your chosen replacement design.

Can you repair my sunglasses?

Possibly! We have a range of spare parts and techniques to repair broken sunglasses. Please send us an email or Facebook message with some photos along with your order number.

Is there anywhere I can try your sunnies on?

Yes! Please check our list of current stockists to find somewhere you can try on our sunglasses.

We also offer 'no questions asked' returns! Don't like em? Send them back for a full refund.

My sunnies arrived and they have a cut in the side below the hinge, are they broken?

No! Our Blossom and Sapling ranges are all Rx-ready, that means they are made so that the lenses can be changed for a new look or a prescription lens. Our durable lens change system uses a small cut on the outside of the lens, held closed with a screw. This allows the frame to be opened up slightly to add or remove a lens. The inside of the frame uses the natural properties of wood to flex slightly. Please note that as changing the lens requires flexing the frame slightly we recommend it is only done when necessary and by experienced and careful professionals.

But aren’t your lenses made out of plastic?

Yes – but an environmentally friendly plastic! Our lenses are made out of a cellulose based plastic. The cellulose is derived from plant fibres and then combined with acetic acid to create the plastic. Called Cellulose Triacetate our lenses are friendlier to the environment than traditional plastics; they are biodegradable. Don’t worry about your sunnies lasting though: The lenses are very strong, chemical, heat and sunlight stable. As well as offering UV400 and polarized protection. Our lenses are Category 3.
