Returns Policy

Please read the information regarding returns and exchanges below. Please submit your return or exchange request in our Returns Center by clicking here.

Refunds

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

We offer exchanges for any reason within 14 days. Prior approval is required for ALL returns.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase (an online invoice number is fine).

Once your return is received, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Your refund will be processed immediately following approval, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Any shipping or gift wrapping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Return your product to us, to exchange it for another style or design.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

We offer exchanges for any reason within 14 days. Prior approval is required for ALL returns.

Where the item is higher or lower price than the original, further payment may be required or refunded as appropriate.

Exclusions

Earrings and gift-cards are non-returnable.

Gifts

We can only offer a refund to the original purchaser. If the item was sent to you as a gift, we will issue you a gift card for the value of the returned product, or offer an exchange.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to return your item.

We recommend using a tracked shipping option. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and we hold no responsibility for returned products that have become lost in the post.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange unless the product is faulty.
